KJKZ Media Graphics Policy & Terms of Service


KJKZ Media Graphics Policy & Terms of Service are as follows:

  1. All services are subjected to be used as future marketing materials.
  2. Deposits are to be made with all bookings to secure your date and time slot. No exceptions!
  3. Deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions!
  4. Deposits are deducted from the overall total of your selected package.
  5. For general photography and videography bookings, the remaining balance is due the day of your booking.
  6. For wedding services, remaining balance is due two weeks (14 days) prior to the date of your service.
  7. For 360 Booth bookings, remaining balance is due two days prior to the date of your service.
  8. The following is our policy on cancellations.
  9. We require a 48-hour prior-to notice for general photography & videography (excluding events and weddings) cancellations along with 360 Booth bookings. Any cancellation that is made after the 48 hour period, you will be subject to being charged the full price for the service plus an additional $50 fee along with forfeiting your booking deposit.
  10. If a cancellation is made after the 48 hour and the client would like to reschedule, an additional deposit fee of half of the original deposit would be required to rebook. The client is only granted one reschedule occurrence and cannot cancel again. After the initial rescheduling the client will be subject to paying the entire balance upon rescheduling. If a second cancellation occurs, the client will not be refunded any fees paid to KJKZ Media Graphics.
  11. For example: you were booked for the “KJ” Photo package on Saturday, January 8 at 3:00 p.m. and canceled your appointment Friday, January 7 at 8:00 p.m. You will be subject to being charged the cancelation price of $175 if you do not reschedule. You rescheduled for Saturday, January 15 at 4:00 p.m. upon canceling you will be required to pay an additional $25 rebooking fee plus the remaining balance of $125. On Wednesday, January 12 the client cancels again and therefore forfeits any funds given to KJKZ Media Graphics. The full $200 will not be refunded.
  12. We require a 30 day prior-to notice for wedding and special event cancellations. If the cancellation occurs within 16-30 days before the scheduled booking date, the client will receive 50% of any funds paid towards the booking excluding the booking deposit. If the cancellation occurs within 1-15 days before the scheduled booking date, the client forfeits all funds paid towards the booking.
  13. If the event is postponed to another date, the following will occur:
  14. If the booking is within 180 days (6 months) after the original booking date, the client will be required to pay an additional booking deposit fee 50% of the original deposit.
  15. If the booking is more than 180 days (6 months, 1 day or more) after the original booking date, the client will be required to pay another booking deposit fee same as the original deposit.
  16. We allow one reschedule per booking. To reschedule, we must be notified at least 48-hours prior to your original booking. A second reschedule would require another deposit of the same amount of your original booking and/or subject to being charged the full amount of the booking prior to the scheduled date.
  17. A 15-minute grace period is given to all sessions. If you are tardy more than 15 minutes, your session may be subject to cancelation along with the guidelines stated in section 4.
  18. For any mobile general photography or videography session that occurs 60+ miles outside of Memphis, TN, we do require an additional fee of $50 per additional 60 miles.
  19. Wedding and 360 Booth prices are quoted for Memphis, TN and locations within a 60 mile radius. Any service outside of the 60 mile radius will be charged an additional $100 per additional 60 miles.
  20. Destination weddings outside of the Memphis, TN Tri-State Mid-South area, state of Mississippi, and domestic United States (i.e. Bahamas, Mexico, etc.), pricing is subject to calculation of cost for traveling expenses.
  21. For sessions involving infants and toddlers, we highly encourage feedings and naps prior to the session. We are not responsible if infants and toddlers are not cooperative during the session. No refunds will be issued as a result of this.
  22. We accept the following forms of payment for booking: Credit, Debit, or PayPal via online. We no longer accept CashApp, Venmo, or ApplePay as a form of payment when booking your session, however, these options are available when paying your final balance. Beginning January 2023, we will now accept AfterPay as a final form of payment.
  23. For any birthday or other photography or videography session that requires balloons, there is an additional fee of $45 added to your service for the purchase of balloons.
  24. We have a no refund policy regardless of the situation. Deposits are non-refundable.
  25. Photo edits are light edits only, which consists of basic correction of images. If a retouch edit is wanted, which consists of skin tone correction, bodily blemishes removal, under eye circle removals, changes of outfit and/or background to another color/object, tattoo removal and/or bodily piercings, etc., this will be an extra fee of $50 per digital image or $300 per photo package for all photos.
  26. All clients who are booking for any service must sign a binding contract of service between both KJKZ Media Graphics and the requesting party at the time of initial booking.
  27. Our turn around time for completed service is as follows:
  28. For general photos: allow us 14 to 21 business days to return your photos. In many instances, you may receive your photos much sooner. This time frame excludes our busiest times of the year, i.e. Christmas, graduation season, etc. Expect processing times to be longer during our busy seasons. We do offer a rush fee outlined in section 19 if you would like your photos to be processed sooner than our standard time frame.
  29. For weddings and all videography: allow us from 30 to 45 business days for completion of your service. In many instances, you may receive your products much sooner. This time frame excludes our busiest times of the year, i.e. Christmas, graduation season, etc. Expect processing times to be longer during our busy seasons. We do offer a rush fee outlined in section 19 if you would like your video to be processed sooner than our standard time frame.
  30. For 360 Booth rentals: allow us 1-2 business days following your event to upload all 360 videos to individuals who may not have received them at the event.
  31. Rush Service Fee: If our timeframes outlined in section 17 does not satisfy your needs, we do offer a rush service fee. Please see fees below:
  32. 1-4 business days - $300 for photos, $750 for videos.
  33. 5-8 business days - $150 for photos, $500 for videos.
  34. 9-13 business days - $100 for photos, $300 for videos.
  35. All suggestions and recommendations towards your photography and/or videography session are highly welcomed and recommended. We want to make the best of your session. We are always open to new ideas!
